Edward N. Cavalucci HAMILTON Edward N. Cavalucci, 92, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 13, 2018, at home, surrounded by his loving family
Born on Sept. 29, 1925, in Johnson City, NY, Edward resided in Binghamton, NY, until 1958 and he resided in Hamilton, NJ, for the next 60 years.
Edward was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, having served during World War II.
He retired from IBM in 1990 after 39 years of employment as a press operator. In his spare time, Edward enjoyed fixing cars, bowling, playing his harmonica, and pulling the slots in Atlantic City, NJ. He loved his scratch-offs and playing the lottery in his later years.
Predeceased by his parents, Edward and Elsie (Cerretani) Cavallucci, and his wife, Julia Rose (Silvani) Cavalucci, Edward is survived by his children, Edward A. Cavallucci, Linda R. Cavalucci-Virgillo (Sam Virgillo), Julia A. Chiorello, and Gerard J. Cavalucci (Marilyn); 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation and burial will be private.
Edward will be laid to rest in Patton, PA, next to his wife, Julia.
